North from Santa Rosa: Highway 101 N to Windsor exit. Left on Old Redwood Highway. Right at Shell station on corner. Proceed approximately 0.5 mile north on Old Redwood Highway. The Center is on the left (west) side of Old Redwood Highway. 

South from Healdsburg: Highway 101 S to Windsor exit.  Right on Old Redwood Highway. Right at Shell station on corner.  Proceed approximately 0.5 mile north on Old Redwood Highway. The Center is on the left (west) side of Old Redwood Highway.

The Center is located at 9619 Old Redwood Highway in a beige house with teal green trim, across the street from Johnson Pools (tan building with blue awnings).                                                                              

To the Santa Rosa Office:

North from San Francisco, Marin or Petaluma:  Highway 101 N to Downtown Santa Rosa exit. Right on. Right on 3rd St.  Left on Mendocino Ave.  Take the second right on 5th St. Take the second left on Humboldt St.

South from Windsor, Healdsburg, or Cloverdale: Highway 101 S to Exit 490/College Ave. Turn left at end of off-ramp onto College Ave.  Right on Humboldt St.

The Center is located at 431 Humboldt St.                         

To the Cloverdale Office:

North from Santa Rosa, Windsor, or Healdsburg:  Highway 101 N to Citrus Fair Drive exit. Left on Citrus Fair Drive.  Right on South Cloverdale Blvd for 2 blocks.   Right on East 1st Street for 1 block, then right on South Main Street.  Building is on the right.
