COUNSELING

●  Community-Based Counseling 

The Center offers low-fee child, adolescent, adult, couple and family counseling at their Windsor and Cloverdale offices.  (more)

●  Anger Management for Adults and Youth

Designed to assist participants in increasing their knowledge of anger management strategies and reducing anger and angry behaviors.  Through participation in individual counseling and/or anger management groups, clients are provided with a safe, supportive environment that enables them to learn to understand and manage their experience of anger.

  Gang Intervention

Youth Empowerment Services (YES) is a collaboration between
The Center and Sonoma County Juvenile Probation.  This program offers evidence based programming designed to increase pro-social behaviors in court referred youth.

  Girls’ Circle

These structured support groups for girls from 9-18 years of age are designed to foster self-efficacy, body image and social support.  (www.girlscircle.com)

  The Council, for Boys and Young Men

In a group format, this program utilizes a strength based approach to promote boys’ and young mens’ safe, strong and healthy passage through pre-teen and adolescent years.  (www.boyscouncil.com)

Parent Project® (in English) / Padres Unidos  (in Spanish)
